STITCHING TO RESIST

About the event

This year Stitching to Resist is back again! We’re starting off with a special edition in collaboration with the Amsterdam based collective Warmi Küyen. Monet and Javi (Chilean, Amsterdam Based), will come on Saturday the 15th of February to Enschede to have a special session from 12:00 to 15:30 to work on their project ‘100 Butterflies for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, Girls and Non-Binary people’; an embroidered collective canvas with the participation of different provinces of the Netherlands. The final work will be on display during the International Women's Day Manifestation on the 8th of March!

Practical information

The program will be in English, Dutch and Spanish, on the 15th of February. Location will be announced in advance. Check out our website for more information!
