Since one year and a half Nicolai (1994) is dedicated to painting. Purely intuitive, dreaming of ultimate freedom of mind (symbolized by birds), and worlds full of fantasy, he is actually looking for a better world. In an ambiance without any fears, he strives to give live to paintings with a kind of originality, back to being a child. Nicolai is using mainly primary colors and succeeds in keeping the artworks very open and uninhibited poetical.
